7-day quality guarantee

We would like to emphasize that this guarantee applies exclusively and does not cover all cases. It is limited to addressing technical malfunctions or fundamental issues that may affect the product's performance and functionality.

When are you entitled to request a refund?

You are entitled to a full refund within the guarantee period (7 days) in the following cases:

  • Technical malfunction in the product: Files do not work, download links are broken, or a fundamental error prevents use.

  • Incomplete content: Missing files or significantly less content than stated in the product description.

  • Non-receipt: The product did not arrive within 24 hours despite repeated attempts (please check your spam folder first).

When are you not entitled to a refund?

Due to the nature of digital products, a return request cannot be approved in the following cases:

  • After using or loading the product more than twice.

  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.

  • In case the product is modified or republished.

  • Due to a "change of opinion" or not reading the product description clearly.

  • If you do not contact us to resolve the issue first during the warranty period.

  • Under e-commerce laws, downloading or accessing a digital product's files constitutes final acceptance of the purchase. A digital product cannot be returned once copied or used.

  • The warranty we offer covers technical malfunctions only, and is compliant with applicable e-commerce laws.

  • Step 2: Explain the technical problem in detail, attaching screenshots (if available), order number, and purchase date.

  • Step 3: Our technical support team will work to resolve the issue first, within 24 hours (e.g., by sending a new link or alternative file).

  • Step 4: If our team fails to resolve the issue, we will approve the return request within 48 hours, and the money will be refunded to your payment method.

Time required to process refunds
  • Application approval: within 24–48 hours.

  • Bank transfer processing: within 3–5 business days.

  • The funds will reach your account: It may take 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).
